The regular VIP bonus does, but I seem to remember reading at one point that bonus XP weekends dont apply to Otto. For some reason.

The VIP does typically, the heroic/epic bonus weekends dont because they typically apply to quest/optional xp (rarely slayer xp in my experience)

That said, the bonus still is inactive so, I'd wait...

My recollection is that VIP bonus weekend do increase the xp you get from an Ottos box.

Extra VIP bonuses do - no other Bonus Days xp bonuses do.

Been out of Beta for a long time Buddy, but i guess you are one of these folks who wants every game to absolutely perfect in every aspect before being released, because that has happened, oh wait never, thats why every game out there has patches and such like. If you arent willing to commit to the cause, then dont complain about things that folks get who do.
