Which is honestly sad. I'm glad other people can get use out of other weekend bonuses, but changing a bonus that everyone wants because it is doing the opposite of what it should is just rough.

Yeah I'm in full dread mode now. In a perfect world, they fix TH pots to match the TH bonus weekend effect that everyone loves. In the DDO world, its the other way around, and TH weekend just becomes a 5% bonus to trash loot vendor value

Surely they wouldn't ruin bonus to Named Item find and increased Mythic + Reaper chance and working with Elixirs, if they only made it about Random generated loot, that would be such an unpopular change and it would spoil all the fun of it they could basically remove it instead.

This seems to be code for something..... was it not working as intended? Which seems to be the case since the official explanation doesn't fit what the player base reports.

It was an Easter Egg hunt in the Marketplace. You Had bronze, silver and gold eggs hidden in the Marketplace, but they were only visible once you activated your token. You then had a few minutes to run around and increase the strength of your aura, with gold eggs strengthening it a lot, and the bronze, just a little. Then your turned it in to Taj once your time expired and you got a random reward, based on what tier you reached. Mounts probably have changed the difficulty dramatically, but if you account for mounts, newer players without mounts would probably be completely screwed. I doubt it's worth the effort to upgrade it. Still, it was fun to run a few times, and I have a number of tokens and blessings in my character banks, and it would be nice to have a way to use them, if not bringing back the event for a short time, then maybe a trader that redeems items for old events would be nice.

Just letting you know that if you are changing the current behavior/mechanics of this bonus and it would not provide the same output as it used to, then players ARE NOT INTERESTED in it anymore. We have been asking for a specific bonus that gives a certain result.

If you are looking into changing the current behavior, you might as well stop working on it and never activate this bonus again, because from players' perspective it would be insignificant and - not ironically - a waste of precious dev time.
