10% VIP is nice, but 10% buddy is brilliant.

10% VIP is nice in that it is a stacking Otto box bonus, can take you to +80% XP with Sov I/Sov II, VoM/MotWS, and 5% guild shrine which I think is enough to take you 1-20 on a 8+ lifer with a Heroic stone? Or at least super close enough where some Harbor 2s on R1 would cap you pretty quick.
