Are feats supposed to change for all of the builds for the same life? It seems kind of strange that builds can have different classes but not feats.

Maetrim, would it be difficult to turn the gear dataset inside out so I could put it what I wanted to prioritize and have it tell me what gear to get?
This would be hard for me to do. But it's something you can actually already do in external gear planners (See links in post #1). These gear sets can then be imported in to the builder.

the Conduit of the Titans artifact set (Legendary Toven's Hammer & Titan Control Matrix) is on the builder as a 3 piece set, when it should only be a 2 piece set
Fixed for next release.

U76 Epic Destiny Changes
---Fury of the Wild's Epic Strike Quick Cutter has had its cooldown increased to 8 seconds. Quick and Bleed duration has been changed to 10 seconds.
---Bleed damage has been reduced to 1d6 per Character Level. Bleed Damage has been increased by Rank 1 of Spirit of the Beast by 1d6 and Rank 1 of Primal Force for a net total of 3d6.

U76 Other Changes
---Blight Caster's Blighted Charge and Jaws of Doom will use Conjuration instead of necromancy for DCs.
---"Finesseable" weapon list updated
---Scimitars are now classed as a Light weapon with a lower off-hand penalty and is now included as benefiting from the Finesse feat.
---All weapons that benefit from the Finesse feat now innately use the higher of Dexterity or Strength for to-hit and damage
---Crossbows now innately use Dexterity for to-hit and damage.
---Dagger/Dart/Shuriken Thrown Weapons now innately use the higher of Strength or Dexterity.
---Throwing Axes/Hammers now use Strength for to-hit and damage.
---"Memory of Animated Objects" buff description and effect updated

First off let me stress the value of Builder and it help in trying to get the gear Tetris right in game. Is there any way on me the users end to add the Missing orange Aug slot on Colossus, the Breaking Wall?

You can locally fix the item file. All item files go by their name so you should be able to find it pretty easily. Item files are human text readable.xml files. You can edit the file in any text editor and add the missing augments by copy/pasting an existing augment section and changing the coour to "Orange". Like this:

</ItemAugment>

I will also fix the item for the next release so any upgrades in the future will not lose the augment on you when the those changes take effect (All items in gear builds are auto upgraded to the latest version on load to pick up item fixes)

This release brings us many fixes reported by the community plus a new pane "Content i Own" which allows you to turn off content your account does not have access to. This gives you the ability to filter out items from the Item select dialogs so you can auto hide gear you cannot loot in game.

New Feature seen in a request from a Reddit post: A new "Content I Own" pane has been added (* in toolbar), which allows you to configure which adventure packs you do (default you own) or do not own (saved per character).
---If a pack is marked as not owned, then the item select dialog(s) will exclude items that are from that adventure pack (some items may still not filter correctly, please report any that show up when they should not)
---You may need to toggle the pane off then on to get it to show up

Something funky is happening with Shining Reliquary weapons, the bonuses they give don't seem to be taken off when you unequip them, and every time you equip the same one it adds its bonuses on top of what you were already getting from equipping it before.
