The Gear Planner website has a way to upload a Trove file from Dungeon Helper so that we can see items that we currently have. Is this a possibility for the Builder?

Hi Maetrim,

AC calculations are not right with builder 2.0.0.82, as my Paladin's AC is currently 510 in game, but only showing as 505 within the builder. In game, the sub-total of my Paladin's AC prior to any percentage bonuses is 329 and then adding the total for percentage bonuses of 181 equates to 510. In the builder the sub-total of AC before any percentage bonuses is 328 (as the 50% Armor bonus of 57 = 28.5 and in game this is rounded up to 29 and in the builder this is rounded down to 28). The total AC percentage boost totals within the builder and in game are correct at 55%, however, the total calculated in the builder is 177. So 328 + 177 = 505, however,it should be 329 + 181 = 510.

Total in game AC breakdown is provided below:
  • Base AC Bonus: 10
  • Max Dex Bonus: 13
  • Armor Bonus: 86, from:
    • Legendary Armor of Sunset: 57
    • Sacred Defender - Reinforced Armor (+50% Armor AC): 29
  • Shield Bonus: 100, from:

    • Perfect Shield Mastery (+20% Shield AC): 8

    • Unyielding Sentinel - Shield Prowess: (+50% Shield AC): 20
  • Natural Armor Bonus: 38
  • Deflection Bonus: 12

The issue stems from the fact that the builder still separately calculates and rounds down each individual percentage bonus, as follows:
  • Combat Expertise (10%): 32.9 to 32
  • Sacred Defender - Sacred Shield (10%): 32.9 to 32
  • Legendary Solar Gem of Armor Layers (15%): 49.35 to 49
  • Grandfather's Shield Filigree Set Bonus (5%): 16.45 to 16
  • Bravery Througout Filigree Set Bonus (5%): 16.45 to 16
  • Unbreakable Filigree Set Bonus (5%): 16.45 to 16
  • Bulwark of Defense (5%): 16.45 to 16
  • So, 32+32+49+16+16+16+16 = 177
To resolve this, as previously advised, do the following
  • 329 x 0.55 = 180.95, which is then finally rounded up to the nearest whole number of 181
Any other rounding will not work correctly at all and this issue is exacerbated further as more sources of percentage boosts to AC are added, as the difference between the AC calculated in the builder versus in game increases.

So I have reworked how Total AC Percent bonuses and Total Hit points percent bonuses are applied in their own sub breakdowns. These are then applied as a single percent increase to either AC or HP and rounded up. An example from a previous file you sent me:

Maetrim, do you mind if people use your files for their own projects? I'm making a personal project and I was wondering if you had any issues with people using your item files, or other game rule files for their own projects. Asking since I'm not really seeing any license in the repo and don't want to step on any toes.

On the Vanguard Enhancement tree, the Tier 5 Vanguard: Armored Strength says it gives +10% Secondary Shield Bash, but then on the breakdowns it applies as 15%, checked in-game and it does provide only 10%.

When filtered to only Orange Augments the Swordcrossed Topaz shows up in the list (both versions)

Vizeran's Band and Legendary Vizeran's Band have 1 blue augment. They should have a green+colorless augment slot.
It seems like most of the augments that come in variants of 4, 8, 12 ect now drop a level 36 version. They're not in the planner yet. (I found a Saph of False Life +60)
The IoD Topaz of Evocation Power and the other Topazes of x Power were upgraded from +6 to +8. Planner still has them at +6.
Gianthold Spell DC Topazes were changed from a unique +1/2 DC bonus at levels 16/24 to a standard equipment bonus of +5 at level 16 and +6 at level 24.

Couple of wee points on latest L36 essence crafting and augs...

Crafting L36 Assassinate is 18 and insightful is 8 in game (showing 16 and 7 on the builder).

Acid spell lore is 24 in game 23 in builder. (Assume that's the same for all specific spell lores.)

L36 Sapphire of false life is showing correct at 60.👍

Sapphire of Natural Armor though is only going up to L32 in the builder. Same for Topaz of ranged power.

Maybe I'm not activating it correctly but I don't see the Blood Feast filligree providing the 100 hp/epic lvl when 5 Blood Feast filligrees are slotted
