DDO Crashes after pressing play

Everytime I try to click the play button on the "Character Selection" screen, it immediately crashes my game. The weird thing is that it doesn't crash when I load onto a different character. It's only my main that has the problem.
I have tried everything to fix it and nothing fixes it:
Running as administrator
Changing the client to 32 bit and back to 64 bit,
Uninstalling DDO and reinstalling
Changing from DirectX11 to 10 and 9
Rebooting PC
Turning off virus protection completely
Turning off firewall completely
Installing DDO on a different SSD
Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Hex,
do you remember where you logged out?
It might be that you are logged out in a buggy instance. Is it possible for you to log in Eveningstar from the Character Selection screen? That might be a workaround. Other than that you need to contact CS and/or wait for a new restart on Wednesday next week, I guess.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. Fortunately, I found a fix. I just reset my pc

Yeah! I have a Windows 11 so I typed in "Reset This PC" it then asks if you want to keep your files or remove everything, I clicked remove everything it may ask if you are going to keep the device or recycle it since i'm on a laptop it didnnt ask me that. Hope this helps

Thanks for your reply. So after your pc was reset, u downloaded and re-installed DDO on your pc. That should have taken you a lot of time. :(

Fyi, i have switched to another game and probably won't come back until the issue is fixed :(
