I've been working a DPS calculator for the past week, inspired by the detailed spreadsheets in one of the AT build threads.
I've gotten it to a point where I think the magic calculator is like 80% correct(for AT), the melee is like 30% correct(for Monks), and the ranged calculator doesn't exist yet.
AT Build(with random gear I had): https://ddo-builds.com/b/fDpfQj_T
Ying's Monk build: https://ddo-builds.com/b/DUZFERKy
At this point it should be open to crowd sourcing fixes and additional contributors that want to add features/make tweaks. I'm planning to continue to work on the magic + ranged(will be focused on inquis) calculators. For melee it'll be hard for me to validate as I don't have a capped melee character atm as Kemton is usually my melee character, so I can't confirm/test very easily. For ranged I will try to build an accurate one for 17fvs/3art as that's the alt I have.
If you want to request simple data fixes, please include a link to your build, as well as what's wrong. Please note that Wiki/In-game display information is sometimes wrong, and try to validate using the detailed breakdown in game to verify whether something is true off or not. E.g. quality impulse items display values are too high vs actuals. I'll be fairly responsive in the next 2-3 weeks. After that responsiveness will drop as I'll likely be travelling / be on vacation.
For feature requests leave a comment here.
If you would like to contribute, it requires no tech skills, just deep DDO knowledge and a willingness to be OCD about correctness. It also requires a Claude subscription but I'm willing to subsidize for serious collaborators. For that send me a msg.
WARNING - This is not intended to be a replacement to DDOBuilderV2, as the builder part is mainly there to allow for build comparisons. There's probably many bugs & data quirks there. I recommend people use DDOBuilderV2 and then import the build to the website when they want to compare enhancement trees or gear sets. The build links are also not guaranteed to be stable from version to version, as this is very much still in active development, so I strongly recommend that people stick w/ DDOBuilderV2 as the source of truth(and storage) for their builds.
Many thanks to Maetrim and his project, as without it, this calculator would not exist.
