As a note to users of this, this copied to clipboard human readable format can be pasted directly into DDOBuilder.There are no explicit Save and Load functions, however any changes you make should be reflected in the current URL. You can copy and paste the URL to "save" and "load" different builds. There is also the "Copy Equipment to Clipboard" button which exports a human-readable summary of your equipment choices. There is currently no way to inject that format back into the page though.
The tool pulls the latest data from the wiki every night. Occasionally I have to fix things for new systems to work, but in general, the best way to get new stuff into the planner is to update the wiki!Will it update for U75? plz~~

I pushed an update last night to allow uploading an export from Dungeon Helper's Trove plugin, so you can quickly see what gear you already have while planning. It's "lightly tested" so results may be incomplete.
