Still misses Festive - need to exclude min level on augments as I said above
YOU'RE RIGHT! Ok good suggestion... I applied that fixed and merged it. Give your browser a hard refresh. (Control + Shift + r)

I can see why one would think this because a computer program with bottom line can find optimums but if you've used gear auto optimizers you may have found out this gives better control for people that know the gear options well to steer solutions. Optimizers have a hard time not getting stuck on derpy solutions."Armor Class" is a single targetable entry in the priorities picker, and it's the right way to get all three. You don't (and shouldn't) target Shield Bonus / Natural Armor / Protection separately.

Just noticed the min and max value options but it seems counterintuitive how this would work with prioritized optimization. Does the min value possibly do anything? Seems like it only does something if it overrides it being strict optimization. Does it meaningfully override strict optimization? If I set a minimum value for an effect and the solver ends up suggesting a solution that does not satisfy the minimum value specified - I would like to get a very visible warning.
I realise it may be a major ask - if we could import from and export to Maetrim character builder it would come in very handy.
I thats a major piece of work now is not the right time but if its easy and fast (if there is ever such a thing) it would be lovely.
