You can probably thank my original wizard for the "Hold monster/Person no longer means automatic Crits every hit" as I first cranked up Enchantment focus (When it was very first added to the game) and then had 2 puncturing weapons. Hold monster/Person, hit, hit, hit, dead from 0 con and minimal damage.
This used to happen a lot and not because people were doing anything exploitive but because the devs just didn't like the results of some very creative thinkers.
I used to solo everything with that wizard, but yeah. Nerf. I left him on a 32 bit server to be deleted, still sitting at the previous level cap or 13 I think.
