I purchased the package for 23,000 DDO points for $199.99 on August 1. You never gave me my points. I followed your process and started a ticket #428992. The only attention my ticket has gotten was the initial email reply. You charged my card $199.99 and gave me nothing. I should get a refund or my points. If I see no progress soon, I guess I'll have to do a charge back.
