That falls into the weird grey area now with the dual prefix shards that only exist as level 400 unbound options (I wish they'd added lower skill bound versions of them).

The Artificer class is freely available after earning 150 House Cannith favor. You don't need to buy it.

I like to play the splash Art/Rog/Rng, would like to do it on hardcore. You usually don't get that Cannith Favor before hitting 5k goal.
