That's a priority fix for them, they don't want to miss the chance to sell XP to all the players that can't get it from, you know.... playing. :ROFLMAO:

Y'all plan to extend the sale of boxes a couple of days to offset the store downtime?
I wouldn't hold my breath. Whole game was down for days while they tried to get the 64b servers running and transfers going and they didn't extend the sales on storage any. The 100 extra shared storage bank slots are useless for all the people who haven't unlocked shared storage...

DDO Store Temporarily Unavailable

The DDO Store is temporarily unavailable while we investigate a bug with Store display. The DDO Store is expected to remain unavailable until at least Monday. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.
The whole game is unavailable

I have a serious question to the devs and SSG.

It is my understanding that this was not just a display issue but in fact allowed other players to see other users accounts when accessing the store.

Financial issues aside which is already bad. How are you guys not in violation of PII (personal identifiable information) with this event?

SSG could be held liable for this along with being fined for every occurrence.

The fact that you are also trying to hide this a UI bug is also not okay.

You've got it a bit wrong. A player was dumped mid-quest into the character selection page for another player. He was not in the store when it happened.
