OK so the store is up but I'm still showing zero DDO points despite the fact that I have 2 confirmed purchases of points. That's a bit....aggravating.

I am now showing 500 DDO points in the store. Which is fantastic!
Except for the fact I purchased 3200, Order ID #'s 2482531341 and 2482531370...which of course I included on my ticket.....yeah. Makes me so eager to continue spending money in the store.

If you go into the store > transaction history (upper left drop down menu), I'm guessing you'll see the 500 points are from your VIP renewing.

Thank you to Cordovan and the team for working to fix this issue. Now, perhaps I can open other social media feeds like Reddit and not see the angry, crying posts.

So I'm going to go out on limb and assume the store going down yesterday has something do with my monthly subscription being charged now two days in row.
