DDO support reply time

I sent a ticket on April 5 and heard back April 23rd.

My response was from Rob Smith so he's still here, but sadly he was not able to fix my problem 😕 . Its not a huge deal but I need to re-run Precious Cargo to get my saga completion.

In 18 days you didnt just run it again ?

I put in a ticket 4/11 and it was fixed 5/5, so a little over 3 weeks just like a few others have said.
