I sent a ticket on April 5 and heard back April 23rd.

My response was from Rob Smith so he's still here, but sadly he was not able to fix my problem . Its not a huge deal but I need to re-run Precious Cargo to get my saga completion.

I will eventually. I only have time to play a couple hours per week and have been clearing other content with my bit of free time. I'll circle back to re-do it "soon"

Rob Smith fixed - up to 3 times a year they will help you with a destroyed or eaten item. Hope this helps.

I put in a ticket 4/11 and it was fixed 5/5, so a little over 3 weeks just like a few others have said.
