Imagine your phone company shutting your phone service off for 2 weekends out of the month because "oopsies".

That is not a good comparison. There is a huge difference between my phone company and SSG. I signed a contract with my phone company guaranteeing me the service I pay for. The TOS for DDO does not make any such guarantee, in fact, it explicitly states the opposite.

How many times of this happening will it take for you to stop coddling this company and hold it accountable for what was obviously a needless outage? What's the frequency that will be your breaking point? Just food for thought and sorry to interrupt while everyone is getting their fix. You can go back doing whatever it is lemmings do.

with the wayfinder crash - i had to run repair in options on the client load up screen - took me all day due to my crappy internet but worked again once repair finished
