Defiled Reliquary Throwing Dagger Missing Effect

Hi,
Is this WAI? After crafting a defiled throwing dagger it did not get the "Legendary Vile Grip of the Hidden Hand" effect like all the other weapons and heroic versions (they receive the heroic "vile grip of the....").

Is this known and on the list to fix?

apologies I do not know how to add a screenshot of the throwing dagger upgraded and missing the effect. Humanoid Bane 6 is there instead of the Vile Grip effect.

Can anyone confirm this or even give advice on how to add the screenshot?

Submit a ticket to support (not a bug report, an actual ticket) requesting either a fixed version of the item, or your original item + mats back.

update - submitted a ticket and the response was it is WAI for throwing weapons and that the effect is for melee weapons (even though bows seem to keep it too). The heroic throwing weapon versions do show the heroic effect, but not the legendary. Wish I paid better attention before crafting.

another update.
Just want to point out customer service was very responsive and prompt to address this with me, which I really appreciated. They did say they will bring up the discrepancies with the team and place my item on hold in case it gets revised. Even though I am still starting over with materials and such, I appreciated the clarity from customer service and rate the overall experience as good. I mean, they did respond on a Sunday.
