I just had my ticket #438141 closed again by CS for the third time now without helping just providing generic info about stuff that did not apply to me beeing stuck in transfer. They answered the servers are down and they dont know for how long. They also told me that the servers were planed to go down 31 of august but that is not very helpfull when you are stuck in transfer since july. They also told me that I can transfer again when the server come up. Again info that is not helpfull as I have a several packed characters in transfer which are not accesable in the old and new servers. I discontinued my VIP after almost 3 months of not beeing able to play. What you are telling us Cordovan seems to be a different thing than CS is doing.
What did you expect everything they do is a total failure worst servers , awful transfers or mergers , people left behind absolutely the worst customer service i ever seen in my entire life ...

Im playing Final fantasy 14 and im having a blast i came bacj here after 10 years and everything was worst , more money grabs than anywhere else most expensive game on the market if you start from scratch .
Most expensive with the worst servers ask anyone if they ever froze 30 seconds -1 minute -5 minutes -20 MINUTES on XBOX LIVE or playstation PLUS . Lost Ark, Last epoch, Black desert , fallout , runescape .... all these game are way cheaper to get everything in one buy and they are all way better in Customer service server stability price/ product . And yet people are here begging for scraps of the table hoping the master is gonna give em something .
Now for whoever would say no, please link a stream of twitch of anything with 6-12 people in group and everyone is talking and are frozen for multiple minutes . Anyone can go to youtube or twitch and stream anything you wont see what you see here ANYWHERE .
When you watch Esports have you ever heard guys im lagging ?
Fortnite and counter strike and all those shooters they consider it lag when they lose half of a second and miss their shot go check their sales /numbers .
Ever heard of CALL OF DUTY have you ever lagged playing it ? Ever froze for 5 minutes 10-15 ?
Here they call it lag when they freeze 5 minutes lag is a delay not a cancellation or a total stop of action .
One simple question if they cut the corners on Customer service and it seems to be the main pattern here nickel and diming everything , why would you assume that they have prime quality servers and data centers ? Is it possible that their data centers are as cheap as everything else they do ? What about bugs that have been there for ages ?

In 2006 ,i played this game with a pentium 4 and there was a lot more players , and i lagged a lot less than today with a gaming laptop with a 4070 video card and 32 gig of rams . Back then when they destroyed the marketplace tent there was somethin like 17-25 marketplace instances and i was lagging less than most sessions i tried lately in DDO .
Anyway imho cut your losses now the grivieng process is inevitable the people still having hope here are like the people on the titanic dancing in the ballroom when the lights are flashing and teh ship is inclined .
