Like title said, why?
Again, locks felt like dunce standing in the corner of classroom.
Any reason for that?

Lame excuse, were talking about free 0 mana spell, EB is core of locks how they function (not that can do much later in game) it's the way how they swing their weapon, same thing we can say for any FVS, cleric, bard, druid and arti but they got theirs (and some of them have faithful companions aka pet retards) they can swing their weapon also :p Oh, and I forgot alchemist. So whats their excuse to got it?

CATNIP!?!?!?!? FOR WARLOCKS!?!?!?!?!
Yeah why not, dunno see why are you so bedazzled, if were speaking of mana users lock are for sure, why they need to be exempt? They will be overpowered? They will be much better? Its matter of principle and logic, u cannot give something to all mana users except ONE, it's stupid and not consistent and for sure and leaves bitter taste (like we don't have enough with casters). After all, we have arcane trickster dev pet project no so long ago which exceeds all casters in single dps and DC simply cause dev had wet dream. Again, walocks felt like reatrded inbreed cousin for long time, devs smashed them so hard that for many years they cannot even smell decent raid unless u have connections (dont tell me thats not true cause Ive been in that role) and now I see that same agenda continues.

Why doesn't toyota make a hybrid sedan that gets better gas mileage than a regular car?
Uh, they do, it's called the Prius.
Lame excuse.

Blast is the basically the same thing as cantrips but better; however it could still be fun to give them a force cantrip. It might help for those times where a blast's travel speed can't hit a mob or they're out of range for blasts. Plus I could totally make a meme build with an aura-lock that spams cantrips instead of using weapon attacks.

Exactly - a caster aura-lock could be more fun with cantrips. There are not a lot of direct damage spells for Warlocks. It could be a fun change of pace for leveling - maybe abyss would be more playable with negative cantrip, negative immunity strip, and the reduced cost enervation... or at least slightly more competitive with The Dark Powers.

Technically Warlocks were the first to get cantrips as eldritch blast is a cantrip in 5e. The only cantrip that might make sense for warlocks is chill touch.

In any situation you'd use a cantrip in on another caster, warlock can hit EB and get a better result. I'm not saying they shouldn't get any, but what would their use be?

from what I've been able to figure out cantrips from the actual game translates to SLA's into DDO. They're same spells or unique spells available to certain classes through enhancement trees. They have a longer cool down, and considerable less SP cost and no penalty with meta magics. And warlock has a few unique SLA's. Popular ones are consume and stricken, plus whatever tier 5 one in the enhancement tree you go to level 5 in. I like eldritch ball even though you can outrun it. With that, eldritch shapes aren't exactly an SLA but alter your blast that enhances it.
