Dex Breakdown for Shuriken Build?

Hi All

Probably missing something easy, but decided to try the Shuriken build. ( Mainly looking at Christhemiss and Lominals) but have seen some otehrs as well.
But I'm missing at how people are getting their Dex to 100 on a consistent basis. And keeping it. There are comments in the (excellent) build guides saying things like "If you're having problems getting to 100 use Wind Stance" -which would seem to imply that I should be able to hit/stay at 100 or more without wind stance.

02 Exceptional (65)
04 Profane (69)
04 Artifact (73)
06 Enh Trees (79) (There's more but I think more than 6 is questionable, could be wrong)
08 Raid Filigree (87)
02 Guild (I assume there's a guild buff..can't remember) (89)
I assume there's a card curse (haven't really looked into them ,probably should given the number of cards I have) and of course pots.
But my rough napkin math gets me to 89, 93 if I'm Wind Stance. Even a couple potions won't get me to 100 in Wind Stance, let alone in Fire or Ocean.

Just wondering what I'm missing...

8+ tome and u usually dont wanna have 4 Dex raid filis in the first place 2 At best
also Racial/class completionist are another 4 also 2 Festive and 1 reaper and another 4 in reaper
Shuri builds arent exactly first Liver friendly after all

FFS How did I forget the Tome.... and completionist ...
