Dhampir builds?

Are there any good Dhampir builds out there? I need to do a tr and would love a decent build. Any help is appreciated.

Anything that lacks actual self-healing and can operate in melee range...so Barb, Rogue, Fighter, Warlock

Sorc and Apothecary also good since they're Negative casters without a way to self-heal with Negative
