Did they add new version of the Ioun Stones?

Keep All Void and Elemental Finishers Please?
I seen two version of very similar looking dark blue Ioun Stones? same stat boost, one also had supprssed on it and level 2 requirement while the other had nothing suppressed and was level 9 requirement. Any ideas?

Level 2 Ioun is the base item, getting mats from running dreaming dark quests all the way to the end allows you access to the dream forge where you can upgrade them. Most of them upgrade to lvl 5.

The level 2 ioun with suppressed powers is probably modern. It can be upgraded in dark dreaming to a non-suppressed level 5 ioun.

The level 9 ioun is a very very old item, as Aelastiar says. It cannot be obtained currently.

There's the level 15 xp boost one as well.

The level 5s are still fantastic stats for the level.

The level 9 one I've never heard of.

...why was this ever made? At lvl 9 even when cap was 10 couldn't you get better stats than that?
