Two questions:

1. Does it provide DR bypass for your main weapon when you add the silver/iron/crystal scales?

2. When using a dino weapon with EG: meltfang and also put the same in the runearm, does it stack?

Nope.

Nope, use a different effect on your runearm than what you have on your weapon.

Incorrect, they stack and apply 2 stacks DoT on hit instead only one so you build full stacks faster... but it's all, so have different DoT effect is really much better.

I use this two. The curse and dits procs on aura on my build.
Also noticed that if got untyped dmg/dot in both the untyoed dot dmg increases.

Because chance to proc exactly 100%, they build stacks with twice speed. After 5 stacks build, no additional benefit, it's same DoT effect. It's why no reason really have 2 meltfang in gear and better change second to something other, as you say before.

There are many Skellies lfm up you can join at any server I am sure. A few runs and you will have enough runes to purchase one.

Yeah pugging an end game raid, and on cannith. . .mmm. . .most likely won't happen. Not much of a fan of pugging anyway.
