Dinosaur Crisis quest

not sure if it's a bug or not:
At the end dialogue of Dinosaur Crisis (back in town, for the reward), the NPC is talking about Vecna and cultists... i have no idea what that is about. is that the text of another quest that found it's way here?

Yeah, it seems they messed up the quest end dialogue.

One other thing I found annoying is that exiting the quest through quest entrance takes you to harbor marketplace entrance so you have to walk all the way back from there to the quest giver. It should be at least changed to be harbor entrance to inspired quarter, that way the quest giver would be near.
