discount coupon not showing

I used the 3 discount codes a few days ago and was able to see them in the store just fine. But today i don't see them in my server (Cannith) when accessing the store. I checked on a different server (Wayfinder) and they were still there to be used. I tried to use the code again but it also didnt work.
What happened and can you please fix it in time for me to enjoy the coupon?

They're linked to whatever character(s) you used them on. You won't see them anywhere but on that character(s).

actually, i don't see them on the character i used them on but i do see them on others
