Do abilities that affect favored weapons also affect the ones you get from feats.

Do abilities you get from your religion feat like child of faith +2 damage to favored weapons count for weapons beyond silver flames longsword? If you have the action points bought all the way to greatswords in knight of the chalice does child of faith affect all those or just silver flames longsword?

They should affect all favored weapons. So it doesn’t matter if it’s favored from your initial deity feat, if the weapon itself makes it favored, or if you get it favored from enhancements or EDs.
