does anyone that works for SSG actually monitor the help tickets?

I have 2 support cases well over 5 days now :( Ive never had to make a ticket before in 7- 10 years playing, so didnt really know the time frame. I remember years ago there was ingame support i used and issues were resolved in a few hours. I really hope support cases do not take weeks now.

Well it is obvious that no one that works for ssg monitors these forums either

Would be nice to have in-game support for issues that can be resolved quickly, like weird stuckness (and already /stuck'd), quests incompletable, etc.

I mentioned it before but we could totally use a GM or whatever they're called whose only job is that. I was a low level GM in Ragnarok Online years ago (private server) and I still had plenty of power to help people.

SSGs ticket handling should be easier in the future. After they add 72 more TRs, and the cap hits 40, whoever's actually left will have
a better response time. They lost a huge chunk of the playerbase, so they're already working hard to steamline their ticket speed. (y)

My monster manual has been bugged since server tranfer... I seriously doubt it'll ever get fixed, sadly :(

I really doubt there is someone assigned to that job. If someone has some spare time, we might get lucky. Be happy you get a reaction at all. SSG doesn't have the best track record. But sometimes, just sometimes you win the lottery.

Good luck.
Cheers,
Titus
