Does CS still exist or did they get turned off?

I've seen reports on the forums of people getting their tickets worked/fixed, but never contacted by CS. Probably one of those things where they're trying to chew through the ticket load and extra niceties are just wasted time at the moment.

Ticket still open over 30 days... and when I try to type a comment in it again it's all backwards
They helped me with a previous ticket pretty fast and nicely. But that was before the whole transfer stuff started.

I got within a couple of days when I submitted a ticket for the guild renown loss issue. It was marked as solved though it was admitted it wasn't just that it was being past on to people that deal with bugs.

CS was never really a thing. When the game was just ticking over and there were the usual bugs no-one bothered contacting them so we didnt realise they had been shut down over a decade ago.
