Does Dark Hunter's Stone's Hue enhancement do anything?

I got the enhancement Stone's Hue for my Dark Hunter, but is doesn't show any physical resistance buff on my character sheet when active? Is it broken, or is the buff known in some other section of the UI?

Your Camouflage and Camouflage, Mass spells also grant the target +1 Physical Resistance Rating per 2 caster levels.

It worked for me before on my dark hunter. As far as I know, there isn't a cap on PRR. But when used I did see a boost in PRR, not amazing but it was there. I will check and see if that changed on my DH and post here if so, in case it is a new bug. But it SHOULD work.
EDIT: I checked my spells and it looks like it is working. I used mass camouflage and it did buff, just not by a lot. I think I had respecced before since I was getting more benefit for PRR in a different tree or gear.

Do you have an item that would give you a lore buff as well. I'm betting they won't stack. :(
