Does practiced accuracy work with handwraps?

It doesn't show up on the inventory screen, ie : +2 hand wraps show +2 to hit mod and +2 to dmg mod from 15 strength only.
Info shows +2 enhancement to hit and to dmg from the wraps, and practiced accuracy info shows +2 to hit and +2 to confirm crits with 2 pts invested.
Mouseover also shows just 5% chance to crit (20), shouldn't it read +6 to hit, +4 dmg, and 15% chance to crit (17 to 20)?

It doesn't increase the critical range, just a bonus on the confirmation roll to see if you crit. Like the Seeker item enhancement.

This should show up on the Stats tab of your character sheet, under the "+" tab, as "Critical Hit Confirmation Bonus" and "Critical Hit Damage Bonus".
