I have created a ying-style write up for the Shadar-Kai Chains Barb build that I created to solo R10s. I could likely make that change work just fine, however for the intended purpose of the build (I built it mainly to solo R10s for fun), the loss of 1 ap from OS or the racial tree wouldn't be worth it in my opinion.
The Occult Slayer point would result in a loss of 60 flat hps, 5 MRR, 20 Heal Amp, and an additional 1% barbarian DR.
The 1 Racial point would result in a loss of Assassin's Mark which, when it lands any non-boss mobs, gives the mobs a debuff of -10% damage and -5% attack speed which can stack up to 8 times.
In normal circumstances where I'm raiding or running R10s with a group, I wouldn't worry much about these, but for the purposes of soloing, both of those can help a lot.
