This has happened to multiple people. As usual, SSG's response is crickets. Shows what they *really* think about their VIP's loyalty, doesn't it?Yeah so buggy. Same happened to me in month 2. But i had nog progression at all. Just the too soon to claim message...
Their answer to my ticket was: you.have no screenshot to prove it... so well done on making a screenshot. In my case they insisted their system is failproof and i just did not claim month 2.

Yup, figured the screenshot would (hopefully) negate their automated reply of "we don't know what you're talking about."
