LATEST: The game worlds have reopened.

Update: We've encountered a technical issue in our hotfix that prevents us from deploying Friday morning. We are instead going to still bounce the game worlds ahead of this weekend to try and provide some relief while we continue to work through the issues with our hotfix build. We will have more information on the new timing of a hotfix, and the game world restart will take place between 9am eastern and 1pm eastern Friday 2/27. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have more information as soon as we can.

The DDO game worlds will be unavailable on Friday, February 27th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT) to release Update 78.0.1. Release notes will be available on Friday. Thank you for your patience and we will see you back in the game soon!

We'll have release notes tomorrow, but we are working on a way to make level 36 items visible in banks and make an improvement to game performance in public areas and banks, although that improvement is a partial implementation of other work being planned in a near future game update.

Does "pubic spaces" include airships? I ask because airship performance is sorely in need of help. Using the guild ship is so bad that it provokes a hand-to-the-fire reflexive pull away when one thinks of going to the airship.

I was standing in a random tavern trying to decide what to run and suddenly appeared on my guild airship, good to know that's actually a thing. I assumed I just ran to my airship and forgot that I did...

20th anniversary.... 20years and they still don't know how to make content without breaking stuff before they release it.
Then before they ever get it fixed..............they release more content they know is broken and tell you the fix is coming soon.
One thing though...... ya gotta pay us before we let you play the new broken content.
SSG should open a used car lot, they sell the customer a car that don't run right and after the check clears the bank tell them that they will fix it someday

Good question, but at least they are fixing their mistakes on our time...
God forbid they should fix their mistakes when the servers are not crowded, cause that would mean they would have to come to work at 3am and we wouldn't want them to have to do that.

I love these 20th Anniversary presents I've got - 3 lost days of gameplay, MD lootboxes with items I got farming 2 months and got by myself, so I don't need them. No MD raid loot as alternative. Thank you SSG!
