Any ETA on level 36 items lost in your Character Bank?

Is is safe to do a Heroic or Iconic Reincarnation?

Will the invisible 36 item move to the TR cache?

How can i then empty the TR cache if its invisible?

Hello. This is my understanding from my readings:

1) No eta yet.

2) It is safe to TR at this time BUT...but if you have a level 36 item in the characters personal inventory space or personal bank space that item will go into the TR Cache and you will be unable to remove it and TR again until such time as SSG has implemented a fix for the invisible level 36 items.

3) The invisible level 36 items will move to your TR Cache if it is in your characters personal inventory space or in your characters personal bank space. IF it is in your Shared Bank spaces it will stay there and not go into the TR Cache.

4) If an invisible item is in a TR Cache it is NOT POSSIBLE to remove it from the TR Cache at this time and thus a character with an invisible item in its TR Cache will not be able to perform a TR.

I do believe this is a priority for SSG and I suspect and hope that a fix will be coming this week.

Well i braved it and did a Racial TR

The invisible item does move into your TR cache (well I assume given the below)

The TR cache shows as empty but at the top it say "1 of 0 items"

And everytime you open the bank, the TR cache pops open so there is still something but its invisible

Ofcourse as you cant remove the level 36 item you cant empty the TR cache which means you cant TR again. Well i wonder if i could ETR or cache needs to be empty for that also ....

So any ETA on this and please note for any solution some folks have level 36 items in their TR cahces also now

One does NOT need to empty the TR Cache in order to perform an Epic Reincarnation, nor to perform a Lesser Reincarnation.

There is no such thing as ETR. Epic Reincarnation is a form of lesser reincarnation, it is not a true reincarnation. So you do not need to empty your TR cache for that. No lesser reincarnation requires an emptied TR cache.

This will be fixed as soon as we get the smaller game update out, presumably tomorrow. This is the one from Friday that was postponed. We have a wider patch happening next week, but this is in this week's update.

I can actually answer that one because I also threw this out as an idea. Unfortunately, Sterling has a set track with a finite amount of resets due to how it works behind the scenes. So if we want to extend Sterling, it would be larger than just hitting a reset button and would take longer to deliver.

That being said, we are coming up with something extra to do to compensate for impacted play.

What happened to this compensation for impacted plat?
