Depends on if Orange Named "Bosses" count as the "bosses" in the notes. Not including wouldn't be a major change. Including would change many things overnight for many players.

Of course it is. As if anything else could be expected.

A "good" start to the year. Right off the bat, with nerfs. So everyone knows what to expect throughout the year.
And someone here keeps dreaming of casters pass.
More like "more casters nerfs are coming".

It is likely that some things that red-named bosses or purple-named raid bosses should have been immune to are finally gaining their immunity to because they were neglected when they were implemented, like back in the day when "Waves of Exhaustion" or some variations of "Hamstring" worked on them.

I will say that there is 1 effect that only appears on artifacts, and rarely, that should affect bosses or it will make those artifacts worthless. I am hopeful that they said "most," but then again there are a number of item effects so useless they might as well not exist.
