Okay. Will Complete Escape to Ravenloft owners ever be able to claim the ten account storage spaces and Scourge iconic upgrades which should've been included since they are part of the Ultimate Edition?

So it sounds like the event will end before the winter wing/summer wing bug 461707 is fixed.

Disappointing for sure, but I guess I can still submit refund requests.

Thanks once again to Mr. Smith for resolving this for me and making sure it was fixed for everyone.



Please either convert the music sheets to BTA, or allow us to get them again from the NPC. It's awful having 5 BTC cosmetic items.

I did check on the website: https://www.ddo.com/news/ddo-escape-to-ravenloft

These two are not included in the announcement, so they are intentionally left out. Were they announced as included somewhere? (Just asking cause i might buy if thats the case hahaha)

Any reasonable person will read this and conclude that the "Complete" collection is actually complete and includes all of the permanent bonuses from Mists. For me and many others, these types of bundles are an all-or-nothing proposition, and if I had known it was missing the account storage I never would have have bought it.

They have a full description of what it contains... And they say complete your collection, not "A complete collection", so i dont agree with the reasonable part, but to each their own of course, i understand your point of view.

Still, bummer its not included, but at least they were clear on what they were offering

Any reasonable person would read what they're buying before spending their money, but you do you.

How can "complete your collection" be interpreted in any way other than "you'll get all permanent bonuses from the original bundles"?

"Collection" refers to items not features/benefits. The account storage is not an item but a feature/benefit. It is clearly spelled out what is included. This is a YOU problem.
