I agree with your assessment. If a bundle is marketed as a 'Complete Collection,' it implies that all perks from the Ravenloft expansion should be accessible. To put it briefly: It is called a 'Complete Collection,' not an 'Almost Complete Collection.'

Furthermore, even if the situation here is only 99% clear, the 10 account bank slots are undeniably utility items in the same sense as the Vistani Knife Fighter and the base Aasimar race, and logically belong in a utility collection. While it is not a life-or-death situation if SSG maintains this inconsistency, I firmly believe that the exclusion is objectively incorrect based on the naming convention.

As a player, I can only appeal to reason, not authority. But I expect SSG to recognize what is objectively true. In this case, the definition is undeniable: 'complete' is absolute. It does not mean 'almost complete.' Bringing the game's design back in line with this logic is the only way to ensure long-term benefits for both the players and the studio. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
