Very little time to help people who are having trouble finishing the event, and not a very big bonus for such a short time. It should have been at least 50% or 20% for a whole month.

I think they have lost all perspective of what the word "game" means. DDO shouldn't be a grind, grind and more grind. It's a game, not a job. I don't think they realize how long it takes to fill 10 lutes, especially the five winter ones. Nor the stress that playing permadeath entails for many people.

Agree. But xp pots and ship buff+voice also boost motes. The HC reaper cloak is probably the most challenging for most to get.

So the level 12 quest you can still claim the golden mote from on at lvl 16 can get you to 405/1500 alone, or 293/1500 without a pot.

Then green motes would net you 8 on r1, blue 20, purple 65. All assuming no pot is running. I see mostly blues on reaper and quite a few purples. I am guessing somewhere around an average of 26.6 per quest. Thats assuming 3 blues, 1 green and 1 purple per 5 quests.

That is 46 quests + the gold mode without a pot and 42 quests with drinking a pot at the gold mote, just to get a reaper cloak.

I tend to agree that a 50% bonus was warranted as a catch up bonus over the current.

20% bonus is ok - it will not help to farm everything over weekend but with pot can get one or two items that you really want to get. People still farm - join for ride.

No, I assumed that the list of items was the complete list of items included in the market versions because SSG said it was. Just how dense are you?

Oh, and it's about to become an SSG problem because I'm still in my chargeback period. If they're okay losing a customer that buys all of their top tier expansion packs and coffers, usually on release and at full price, then that's fine by me.
