Do you think for every negative comment that they get, they just tack on a minute or two to the downtime out of spite?

I read the first book and thought, "No wonder why everyone loves this series!"
I read the second book and thought, "People love this series, so the rest can't be this bad."
I got about half way through book 3 and threw them all out.
at this point I stopped to care as they won't end until its 23:00 anyway, so if we can't play lets extend it further so USAs can't play too!
I dont think they are that organised.

Lag has been great (as in low) recently. So I TR'd last night, got all my equipment and stuff sorted and logged off in Korthos - ready to go. With the intention of re-subscribing this morning and running a few racial lives. Maybe even buying the latest xpac.So 11:00 PM here. Which means for all working people the game was down the whole day.
At this point I am reassured of my decision to not spend anything on the latest content.
My playtime for today was supposed to be 1pm - 5pm ET :-(
I'm a bit salty now and probably won't resub or buy the new xpac.
...until tomorrow.

That's basically what i did. First book was gold, after that it took a nosedive. And don't watch the movie, you'll want to gouge your eyes out with a fork, jab it into your scull, scramble your brain and eat it like spagetti. The only horror in that movie was the thought that you actually paid money to watch it, and thats something you just can't unsee...
