Casters: mcl is limiting us too much! We can't benefit from our bonus caster levels

I don't have many casters at cap to test on live. It worked on a bunch of FvS stuff (but not everything - I think 1 SLA didn't go up), same with my warlock spells.

So why only +1 MCL anyway? There's a level 29 item who gives +2 MCL to divine and arcane spells (from Peril!)). Aren't item raids supposed to be better? And this item is level 34!

Other items give +CL, this is the first to give +MCL. Big difference between the two types.

Once you've unlock a reward, you can then go back to NPC and claim it again on any character on any world (just like the way the hardcore and lantern rewards work). And for the BtA vs BtC, the cloak I got is BtA.
