  • The Optional chests in Threats Old and New and Den of Vipers now drop ingredients 100% of the time.
Sadly, that still does not make it worth running those optionals. We will simply continue to ignore them completely as noone needs the ings due to getting plenty from the regular chest.

Add runes or dont bother.

Be careful!
Next pathnotes: "Regular chest drop only runes and gear now"...

Dragon Disciples can now properly take Cast on the Run and Heighten if they have 6 levels in the class (enough to cast 2nd level spells).
Their Breath Attack spells currently don't currently support Heighten though? Unless the idea is to heighten spells like Scare/Fear/Howl of Terror. Using a feat to give these spells +1-3 DCs doesn't make much sense when Dragon Disciple is fairly feat starved as it is and don't get bonuses to these schools in the first place.
The spells you would want to: Breaths/Fireball/Chain Lightning/Cone of Cold are already at their max level to cast. 🤷‍♀️
Draconic Devastation's Fear component now applies properly
What does this actually mean? Do they try to run away at 90% slower speed? I can't think of a more annoying thing than monsters running away from a close combat character.
Also would the Fear DCs from Magus of the Eclipse apply to Draconic Devastation then? I've been finding it really difficult to get good DCs on Dragon Disciple.

Speak with Jarra Morand in Eveningstar, near the gate to the King's Forest, to get started. Toil and Trouble will be level 5 on Heroic difficulty and level 28 on Epic difficulty.

How are level 5 characters supposed to get to Eveningstar, let alone into King's Forest?

Gatekeepers' Grove has a teleporter that does not require Key to Eveningstar. And I think the quest is next to the dungeon entrance, not in King's forest.

There is a gate to Eveningstar in the Gatekeeper's Grove. Also, one to Wheloon. And, it says he will be near the entrance, not in King's Forest.
