We are troubleshooting launcher access issues currently, and we will let you know when this issue is resolved. Some players are able to access the game worlds, but many are experiencing a launcher issue. We are investigating.

I'm having the same problem for both DDO and LotRO. :(

I got it working by doing a software download fix and adding the - commands that rabidfox posted.

Does your windows crash logs show anything? Have you tried swapping between 32 bit / 64 bit client in the launcher? Have you checked to make sure anti-virus isn't blocking DDO since today's update?

Some generic ucrtbase.dll crash. Nothing's been blocked, swapping does nothing, reinstalling Visual C++ does nothing. No changes to the computer, everything works other than DDO that's not working since today's restart.
