The unfortunate truth about online game bugs in the world these days, if it doesn't generate revenue or doesn't lock up the game it is of no importance to the company. Don't expect bugs that don't fit in those categories to ever be fixed unless it is directly related to a bug they have to fix and they add the other related bug to the repair docket because it is convenient.

I'm confused as to what the Monster Manual problem is. I transferred from Ghallanda to Orien. Though the Monster Manual displays are broken initially (they say they are complete when they are not), I am still getting credit and working toward unlocking them and the account unlocks have been happening with the rewards coming. I haven't gotten any companion unlocks yet, but it seems like that will pop too? So what is the problem other than a display issue? And if that IS the issue, you all need a new hill to die on because I read that crap way too much for that to be the issue.

Yesterday, I was having problems with the quest "Danger at Dunwater". The thief, Lars Enni, was stopped next to the shrines after I spoke with the ambassador and bodyguards. He was not moving, I couldn't speak with him and kill him. I repeated twice yesterday, and I was having the same problem so it's impossible to finish.
Over simplified description of how backlogs work.

I think that is just a cosmetic. Epic Sword of Shadow and regular Sword of Shadow. So it's either a typo or they are giving you the Legendary Sword of Shadow cosmetic you could create (which was always dumb because you could just create the cosmetic with a mirror).

This raiders box is just so incredibly disappointing.
I get the cosmetic angle, but the items there aren't actually even good cosmetics?
Why not include some useful items as well as options, like the quiver of alacrity? You've included a bunch of FoM raid gear! If you're including random heroic gear for raids no one raids anymore (and a large amount of stuff from VoN far out) why not include bits that are theoretically useful.
Yet another swing and a miss.
Edit: Like this Ring of Lies as one of the options:
Its a ring, so no cosmetic.
ML 13 and its worse than anything you're pulling out of Dread, Ravenloft, MD or Sharn. Literally no reason to EVER use this item.

Seems to me the easiest thing would be to just give the appropriate amount of token turn ins for each raid and let someone pick the tokens for the raid/item they like, that said never look a gift horse in the mouth
Do you think being unpleasant to the Dev team is going to get you what you want? Have you tried not being terrible and perhaps engaging in a positive way? Probably not, you seem awful.
The Raider box is a nice touch. It's free, it has some good stuff in there that people might not have, like Sword of Shadows. You might have one, doesn't mean everyone does. It's a nice catchup for newer players or people looking for a nostalgia item. Whatever. IT'S FREE. If you don't like it, don't say anything.
