What is the status of toons still in transfer limbo?
It seems the community manager is only able to post service news these days. Not placing blame on Cordovan for that. It's is either a mandate form the legal department to stay silent due to account hacks or Enad Global the parent company for Daybreak had a policy change on how gaming studios are allowed to interact with thier communities starting Jan 1..

Whether it's hacked accounts, toons stuck in limbo and other issue with the game. Mum is the word.

The game worlds have reopened. Regarding remaining transfer issues, make sure you have a ticket in with Customer Support. We have worked for quite some time now to resolve a large number of transfer issues, but if your issue remains outstanding, make sure to work with a customer support agent on your issue. Thanks!

I share the same issue that Dude has. Ticket has been in system since early October with no resolution yet.
I haven't heard anything since the last large fix (November 19th.) when a support person reached out to see if the fix resolved my issues (it did not).
Character is packed for transfer but does not show up as a transfer option in menu. They are essentially stuck in DDO transfer limbo. 😕

Sir, this Cordovan is a clanker AI that posts the same thing without any altered text. Replying to it is akin to talking to an art bot in discord.

I just submitted my third CS ticket for this same character. CS closed the previous two without resolution. You asked me to DM you the second time, but had the same result as the first time. I'll cross my fingers, but I won't hold my breath.

So I checked up on my ticket and it looks like the last person to handle it closed it as solved. It was not. When I responded to that ticket via email as unresolved.. it created a new ticket? New ticket number is #456019. I added a note asking for a status update. 😒

Yeah... this may be the equivalent of blowing into the wind, but it is a thing I must do. 😮‍💨
