NEW: The game worlds have reopened. Thank you for your patience during today's downtime.

OLDER: We are working through an issue with long load times seen when doing our pre-opening checks, so it'll be a bit yet. We think we've identified the cause, and are currently working on a solution. At this time we do not have an ETA to provide.

UPDATE: The downtime has been extended. Our current estimate for uptime is by 6:30 PM Eastern (-4 GMT).

The DDO game worlds will be down for extended maintenance on Wednesday, July 10th from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern (-4 GMT). Thank you for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon!

Just coming back, so not sure if this is the new standard or not, but with an extended maintenance just two weeks ago, is extended downtime going to be every second week? Not a criticism, if it helps everything run smoother all for it. I'm just curious.

I was really hoping for that patch today. There are still unsolved issues with eladrin and wild mage. Both part of the current presale. Some of those issues are pretty bad.

May I ask. Does the games stability in recent months concern you Cordo? As much as I love the game I am more and more concerned about so many ad hoc down times, random outages, increased number of bugs and issues.

I think a lot of players would appreciate a bit more transparancy from SSG

returning player to sarlona. Haven't been able to log in since last night. the game kicked me out and server apparently was full. horrendous lag, impromptu shut downs is definitely not an encouraging experiences. this seem to occur a lot this month in particular.
