Can we please get a better display and explanation of the rewards? The post on DDO.com is not very helpful

You still haven't figured out that this isn't 5ed, it's DDO. By giving xbows the default DEX, you're destroying INT builds, which are more expensive because they need an extra feat (Insightful Reflex). I see you learned absolutely nothing from the assassin, although at least the assassin made more sense. The point of DDO is that artificers and mechanics are intelligent people. But of course, you're the same team that destroyed hybrids and made it impossible for artificers to use their spells offensively, so everyone's multiclassing to maximize damage.
looking at my xbow I still have an attack mod based on INT and DEX...and a damage mod based on DEX so I'm not sure what has changed

dex to damage on Star of Day is not working.

  • "Improved Precise Shot now passively increases the Ability Score Modifier bonus to damage for Longbows and Shortbows by +50%, including when the stance is off. This stacks with Precise Shot."

My current longbow build uses Wisdom to hit and damage from Henshin tree. I just swapped in Improved Precise Shot - no change to damage at all. (And yes, I am centred)

Can anyone confirm whether the passive works for Dex builds, or for Falconry builds?

UPDATE: The game worlds have reopened! Enjoy the Symphony of the Fey event!

The DDO game worlds will be unavailable on Wednesday, November 19th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT) to release Update 76: Symphony of the Fey. Find the release notes on DDO.com. Thank you for your patience and we will see you back in the game soon!

I really hope that Mists NPC means we might see a return of old expansion bundles. I would love to 1) support the game, and 2) obtain some of the cosmetics and items only available via these bundles. I want to give you money!

Is it just me or does anyone else feel the symphony of the fey motes look too small. I missed them a few times. Can it be made much bigger? Is there anything to lose by making it bigger and more prominent? For example, like the new Cannith crystal in the Korthos quest?

"Death Ward no longer completely negates negative energy damage from inflict/necro spell damage, but reduces it by 50%. This is flagged with the Shield trait, much like Fire Shield/Energy Shield is for Fire damage."

This doesn't help Pale Master / Apostate casters in the slightest! More to the point, this change just boned every player out there who isn't currently a Necro, or is without a Racial immunity of some kind. Which begs the question: Where do the recent DW changes leave Class / Racial immune players. -Are they going to be subject to the same mechanics?

If YES... Then its going to be really pointless playing a Nerco thats not Death Spell immune. May as well not bother logging in my Wizard anymore with both its casting and buff mechanics now completely broken.

If NO... Then virtually every player will transition over to classes / races that offer some safe harbor from the current Dev shenanigans. At least until things have stabalized a fair bit and players know that they're not going to death loop constantly vs Necro empowered mobs.

What should of happened Instead...

Allowing players to strip DW was always the prefered option. While making it impossible for non-casting mobs to rebuff. Not only does this roll back some Insta-Kill immunities (with a bit of effort), but allows mobs to (possibly) counter it by rebuffing. THIS, should of been the path taken, not turing DW into bloody Fire-Shield !!! Personally, I'm so glad that I'm on pause from DDO currently. Obviously not missing much, except for the venting of other players as they realize just how poorly conceived this update was.
