Dragon Lord/Monk/Alchemist...??

Saw this build today on Cormyr, as I noticed a strange combination of DL and Alch auras. Anyone familiar with this build? Seems quite unique.

Alchemist and monk both have unique debuffs(IIRC jade strike and the elemental vulnerabilities, and poison strip+the spell that lowers PRR) , while dragonlord is a strong crowd control core.
