Dragon lord past life not giving extra DC's

I have 3 dragon lord past lives. I currently use stun and sunder DC's for various things,and no matter what gear or enhancements I take on/off, my dragon roar DC is 3 below what it should be. Can someone check that out please. I would kinda like those dragon roar dc's

Description​

You were a Dragon Lord in a past life. Others find you strangely compelling when you speak or take to the battlefield. Each time you acquire this feat you gain +1 Damage with Melee Weapons and +1 Breath Weapon DC.

DL PLs do not offer tactics DCs

Dragon's roar uses breath DCs.

FYI also, the Roar DC calcs are erroneous too. ...STR AND CHA... it should read STR OR CHA

I use Cower before me, and dragons roar. Sunder and stun DC's , the different two for those two types. Those can be tracked with all my enhancements and bonuses to "tactics". Dragons roar gets the bonus weapon breath DC added on. Everything goes up or down by playing with only stun, sunder, or tactics DC as would be expected. But dragon roar is off by 3, accounting for appropriate bonuses. Only thing I can figure is that it is the past life. It can't be gear or enhancements because those go up the appropriate amount. And will still be short 3.
