Easiest Legedary quests to solo ?

I enjoy soloing quests on Reaper 1. But when I just get to lvl 30 on my characters I have a hard time doing any Legendary quest because they are all lvl 32+.

As a fresh lvl 30 I'd like to be doing lvl 27-28 quests, but this is not possible, so I'm forced into Legendary endgame content without being ready. I know I could just do Elite before reaching a nice lvl such as 32, but I'm stubborn (and I also like farming that reaper exp).

So.. do you guys know which Legendary quests are the easiest ones?
For example, Grim and Barret is a quest I can do as fresh 30 without many problems. Same as some in the Saltmarsh (even though Saltmarsh is lvl 32, some quests are way easier to solo than, say, Invitation to Dinner, which is lvl 31).

Cogs, Sharn pt 1-2, and Ravenloft are going to be the easiest.
Cogs and Sharn might be a *little* easier depending on the build specifics, but is usually a small step up from Ravenloft.

Other things you might try: Age of Rage series in House J.

The good news is that you only need to get the xp one time!

The Archon's chain and Grim and Barett chain are both level 30 so might be a bit easier than the higher level quests. Mask of Deception, Search and Rescue, and Good Intentions are also levels 30/31/31. Disciples of Rage is 31, along with Mines of Teth, Ravenloft, Slavers, the Legendary Shroud flagging quests in Meridia, and Newcomers/Black and Blue in the Marketplace.

I'd start with all of those (beginning with the level 30 quests) and see which ones you find easiest on your character. Then you will have a list of the quests that are easiest for you whenever you find yourself at level 30.

You can try staying at lvl 29, with a really good lvl 29 gearset until you have done all the epic quests you want to do before you take 30+

I think he meant he would like to be doing level 27-28 quests to level up legendary levels (so the quests would be easier) but they drew a hard line requiring level 30+ quests to gain any legendary experience. That said, you still make a good point. I stay at level 29 until I have completed every epic quest because I don't like getting zero reaper experience when running quests for first time bonus and favor.

Yes, that's the issue. You normally would like to be 2-3 levels above the quest to do Reaper, and all of sudden you are force to be 2-3 levels BELOW the quest. That's a huge jump in difficulty.

Its not as big as a jump as one might expect. Ravenloft is marked as 31 but it is actually easier than that. My characters will often run it on R1 at 29 because it is not that difficult especially once you gear out in the L29 gear available from Ravenloft, Sharn, and Feywild (though my character also has a bunch of PL and Reaper points so that may make it easier than you will find it). I would put Ravenloft as easier than Tethyamar and Slave lords. Feywild is also quite easy for it's purported level 32 range.

Leveling from 30 to cap only happens once. It's not precisely worth obtaining a L29 set to do it, but it does work. The current "TR character" I'm working on just capped for the first time and is wearing L29 gear. He did it via R4 solo on legendary quests.

Yup, did easy legendaries first, like RL. But I also used him to farm MD and other areas (figured if I was farming gear, I might get some levels out of it, too). Q-Staff carry build, 8 fight 6 monk 6 rogue.

I'm fairly sure he could do R1 in L20 gear, but I didn't try it.

It's also OK to group. Everyone knows the 30->cap run is painful due to gearing issues. I know I don't mind a less than strong contribution from someone in that state. Doubt others would either.

On R1, all. Sounds like you have a lack of gear.

I usually approach it the opposite way. If I'm going to ETR at 30 then i usually do legendary sagas on LE from L26 or so. LE is fairly easy to do under level, and you don't earn rxp that way but you earn a butt load of regular xp, and you can either cash in your sagas at 29 and fast forward the last level if you're going to ITR or ETR/TR back to 1, or finish up the worst quests from 29-30 with L29 gear (on R1 at that point if you can handle it too) and then bank your sagas to skip to 24 after you ETR back to 20, then maybe 3BC and GH to get back to 26 and repeat
