EK imp.mage armor % armor bonus not working

Hey Guys,

anyone else experienced this issue: it gives the % bonus armor, but the bonus is NOT exceptional just a "normal" one?

If it is indeed just "normal" % AC bonus, what would that mean in terms of stacking? Have you found it to not be stacking with some other bonus even though you feel that it should?
